I have infused the 396 hz Solfeggio Frequency into this meditation. Throughout the meditation I chant the the Seed Mantra "LAM" with 108 repetitions which also corresponds to the Root. In between the mantras there are positive affirmations that help to bring this Energy center into balance.

Please chant alongside the meditation and repeat the affirmations. The Mantras themselves have their own frequency and vibration that will help to clear any blockages present. Combined with the Solfeggio frequency and affirmations I am convinced that this energy center will come into balance.

With time and repeated use Manifestations attributed to this area will come into being.
