When the dominion and seat of power of the little horn is taken away, the next part of the prophecy takes place. We are in the transition time between the two. This is also why the governments of both America (USA) and Israel are in upheaval and uncertainties. All that can be shaken will be shaken.

The shift in power can be seen in the Book of Esther. When Haman was taken off of his throne, Queen Esther and Mordecai were in their positions taking authority over the 127 provinces of Persia from the city of Shushan (Susa). Haman and his ten sons had evil devises against the Jews. The LORD - through the stand that Queen Esther, her seven maids, and Mordecai made against Haman - reversed the evil in recompense upon Haman's head while the hand of God delivered and rescued the people of God from sure death to their safety.
