In our first lawsuit of 2021, the ACLJ is going to court to get information about what the government knew regarding Rep. Eric Swalwell and his close affiliation with a Chinese spy. Rep. Swalwell - who is an impeachment manager - deflected attention from Chinese threats by pointing the finger at Russia.
