Svadhisthana is the chakra of creativity and sex. The expansion of the personality starts from this chakra, but also the need for creative contact, therefore also social, with others. A creative contact can range from something related to everyday life such as sharing food, perhaps after having procured or prepared it together, to having a child. Hence the important link between sex, personality development and creativity in all its forms.
