Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kelly Boockvar Resigning Due To Incompetence In The 2020 Election

As of Friday, February 5th, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kelly Boockvar will resign from her position due to not following the Constitutional procedures to passing a State Constitutional Amendment.

She will actually be resigning due to not putting ads in local papers. Before a amendment can be made Constitutional, it must be voted on a passed twice through the State House and Senate, advertised in Local Newspapers and put forth to the public for a Referendum on the matter. This such matter involved the massive underage Child abuse ring involving the Pennsylvania Catholic Church. All of that progress is wiped and the amendment will only become law by 2023 if everything goes smoothly.

Huh, so what about the Constitutionality of Act 77 and the Constitutionality of that from the Kelly v. Boockvar suit stemming from Mail In Ballots and such in the previous election?
