Unconventional body weight strength training for the upper body that you can do at home with no equipment and is both simple and very effective!
Only four exercises:
1. 60sec push up
2. Shoulder external rotation PAILS & RAILS
3. Shoulder flexion PAILS & CARS
4. Isometric chest and upper back
Repeat until strong.
