Grafenwoehr Mayor Edgar Knobloch, 7th Army Training Command Commanding General, General Christopher Norrie, and 7ATC CSM Franklin Velez announce a pilot test of the Off-Installation Uniform Policy at the Grafenwoehr Rathaus, Grafenwoehr, Germany, Jan 29, 2021. The policy offers uniformed personnel the opportunity to wear duty uniforms in communities surrounding U.S. Army installations in Bavaria, starting Feb 15, 2021.
