Dynamic Upper Body Workout 💥
-Muscle ups to Leg Raises (3-5 reps)
-Dips to L-Sit (7-10 reps)
-Explosive Pull ups - switch grips (7-10 reps)
-Tri-Force (3-4 reps)
=Repeat 3 times=
This is a pretty difficult workout where I tried to challenge myself with more dynamic moves. The muscle up to leg raise got me struggling, but I learned that controlling the momentum is key. The Archer Pull up - Typewriter - Archer Pull up is my variation to the archer pull up. I don't know if anyone done this before, but Ima call it Tri-Force. Enjoy the workout!
