Magnetic Powered Boat 3 Inches In Diameter Using Servo, Arduino Nano and IR Remote _3
								4 years ago

A remote control turns the servo which turns the magnet. Compass action from the magnet turns the boat. The compass action from the magnet turns the boat in a place that is not the center of mass.
Therefore the more massive part of the rotating boat exerts a pull on the entire boat that moves the boat in a line.
This can also be considered as the conservation of momentum where the compass action translates the rotation into linear movement.
Stay tuned:)
