Biden's Gun Ban, Explained

On today's episode, Max will do a deep dive into the Biden Gun Ban, a proposal that would levy a $200 tax on semi-automatic rifles, shotguns, and pistols, as well as so-called "large capacity magazines." The goal is to make civilian gun ownership too expensive to common Americans, while simultaneously adding gun owners to a federal registry to facilitate future confiscations. Max will also examine the history of taxing firearm ownership, specifically the National Firearms Act of 1934 and the horribly flawed Supreme Court case Miller v. US.
