Spirited Adventure Presents Prepper's Paradise Bow Drill Kit

I'm a huge devotee of friction fire, especially the bow drill, so when Prepper's Paradise sent me their bow drill kit to have a look at and make a film I was very excited. I wasn't sure what sort of film to make until I was in the woods with all my kit and this is what I dreamt up.

I found the kit very useful for people wishing to start their journey with the bow drill technique. I think it's a great help for people to learn the basic skills to succeed with a friction fire, such as a good position, strength and overall technique. I highly recommend this starter kit.
