Microsoft Flight Simulator - RedOut on a Cessna?

This was may third attempt trying to leave KLGA. This one was a weird phenomenon as all of the sudden the screen just went all red and I lost total control of the aircraft. I feel it had to do something with the FSPassenger update release for the P3D V3.4.18. because as you see in the video when browsing through the FSP menus it almost seems like I had not scheduled a flight!
