New Illinois - Grievance 2

The US Constitution guarantees that the states will have a republican form of government, which means government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Election integrity is essential for representative government to exist.

This grievance details how Illinois has a decades-long history of voter fraud and election fraud. The US Supreme Court has stated that every voter has "a right under the Constitution to have his vote fairly counted, without being distorted by fraudulently cast votes." By allowing the proliferation of all types of fraud, the State of Illinois has allowed the voice of the people to be diminished and has deprived its citizens of a republican form of government. Intro until 3:45, Grievance 2 follows.
