Tittle Bridge, Durells Island where are COMPRESSIVE MEMBERS; Bridge Deck has surprises

Tittle Bridge, Durells Island Canso, NS HOWE BRIDGE OR NOT where are COMPRESSIVE MEMBERS?
Keep in mind that this bridge was inspected every two years and the last inspection did NOT lower it's load capability.
??? Was it rated for this truck-load that caused it's collapse? HELL NO (no matter what they say).
It also had two major defects at one of the approaches which I am not sure including the bridge or was it just the foundation with the issues? (I am still working on that verification)...
It reminds me of bridge made of sticks and wires.
It should be noted how strong the floor decking must have reinforced this structure... the overlapping ''plywood'' effect.
