Yoga Burn is a yoga-based system that spans 12-weeks. It’s deemed a “body shaping program for women.” The certified personal trainer behind the program is Zoe Bray-Cotton. In addition to being a trainer, she is also a “female transformation specialist to over 1 million women around the world.”

We’re not exactly sure the program has reached 1 million women, so we think there are other programs from this personal trainer that are added into this figure. Then again, she has 1.5 million Facebook followers, so that could be where the number started.

Yoga Burn is a really good and interesting workout program with both a digital download and a physical set of DVDs. The program is designed for women, though there’s no information as to why men aren’t part of the plan.
