Jonah and the Big Bang
The God of Scripture has infinite power and created all things from nothing. He is not limited by natural laws or any of the properties of that which He created. Therefore, the biblical miracle of Jonah in a whale or big fish is reasonable and cannot be said to be unscientific. Such a miracle is far more reasonable than a big bang or big explosion producing the beautiful and complex design of everything in the universe. Given the infinite power of God to create and sustain all things, Jonah in a whale is far more reasonable than the hypothesis that all of the beauty, design, and order in the universe came from time and chance.
