It is not only about meat on a smoker. Try making Salsa! It is easy Cut up your ingredients
Tomato, Green Peppers, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Onions (try several kinds) Garlic, Olive Oil , salt and pepper. Keep in the smoker for about 3 hours at 250 -275. Let the veg cool and blend!
