2. Planting the wrong plants in the wrong place. Not considering the mature size of each plant.
3. Making the landscape beds so small that the landscape beds do not come out from under the drip edge of the house.
4. Investing in trees and shrubs and then not properly trimming and shaping the shrubs to help maintain the plants proper size for the area selected.
5. Purchasing one plant on a whim and then coming home and just sticking the new plant in the landscape bed.
