Will there be a second Inauguration in March 2021? Are there clues?

Contractor who put up the fencing and road cement blocks were paid in advance to set it up twice if needed. Once for Jan 6th and one for March 4-6th 2021.
This will be a Purim event. Purim is on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Purim is a Jewish holiday which commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from Haman, an Achaemenid Persian Empire official who was planning to kill all the Jews, as recounted in the Book of Esther.
The Book of Esther is the 17th book in the bible.
