TMN was at Sunken Gardens Park in the City of Westminster Orange County waiting to carry out an interview with a local eBike enthusiast. Shortly afterwards the interviewee cancelled but the crew noticed that City Hall was nearby, so a first amendment audit was conducted instead.

The retro looking City Hall building was quite modest, quaint and cozy with lots of information on display for the general public. Near the closing stages of the audit a very kind, cheerful, and professionally dressed city worker asked us if we needed any help. That was when we learned about the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony that will take place later that evening. Once we asked for a comment about Flat Earth, the city worker did not want to be recorded but when they were reminded about being a public official, the audit was resumed to the end without any interruptions. These are scenes of that afternoon.

Part 2 will be the Westminster Police Department, and Part 3 will be the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.

This particular scene is for educational learning on photography and videography while on public sidewalks, streets and right of way public access. What your eyes see in public areas cannot be trespassed.
