TMN: s1e35 | eBike Ride - Norwalk to Whittier via San Gabriel River Trail

This scene showcase a mid-morning eBike ride through the Gateway Cities of Norwalk, Downey, Santa Fe Springs, Pico Rivera and Whittier. Riding on major streets and dedicated bike paths from the Metro Greenline Station, Imperial Hwy, San Gabriel River Trail, Beverly Blvd and the Whittier Greenway Trail. The final destination is Uptown Whittier at Hadley Street and Washington Ave.

The San Gabriel River Trail is a solid two lane bike/pedestrian path that are well kept by local municipalities. Mornings to late afternoons on the weekends are safe for riding or walking your dog. From the San Gabriel River Trail/Coyote Creek Trail at El Dorado Park in Long Beach to Seal Beach is fairly safe to ride at all hours of the day.

Northbound on the SGRT from El Dorado Park to Irwindale ride in groups of 2 or more. Unless you are on an eBike or eScooter, do not ride the trail after hours or alone. There are undercover police officers on this trail but they cannot cover the whole extent of the trail so be aware of your surroundings. Please research the SGRT before riding and most of all enjoy and have fun.
