Here is a video clip of an unexpected first amendment audit at Los Angeles Union Station. Allied Universal Security royally fails in this episode when a tyrant guard was caught on camera acting unprofessional towards a homeless man. Once that guard realizes he is on camera, the look on his face is priceless.

When a uniform is put on; respect and courtesy should be displayed at all times when working with the general public. If they do not act professional, their entire company will look unprofessional.
