This is a video of democrat pretending to be a Republican Joe Jett stating that he will not bring up HB1030, a tax increase on gasoline. In the video, Rep Jett (District 56 area around Success, Arkansas 72470)
claims that HB1030 wasn't a tax increase despite Representative Jim Wooten, who appeared to support the bill, stated the bill would "increase revenue" to the corrupt Arkansas Department of Transport. Organizations like Conduit News and Americans for Prosperity, along with activists like Jan Morgan spoke against the tax increase.

A "soda tax" appears to be on the agenda for next Thursday.
