Going Tow to Toe, COPS TV SHOW

Deputy Tony Messineo of the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department is dispatched to a call where an impound agent is attempting to tow a vehicle, however, the owner jumped inside the truck and refuses to exit the vehicle. The man in custody explains that he felt it was illegal to tow his vehicle since he has a handicap placard – although he admits that the placard was not in the truck when the tow began. The man is also informed that he has a warrant out for his arrest for aiming or discharging a weapon. Deputies take preventative measures to pull him out of the truck and take him into custody.
