Another two down.

First one was on a HUD house that we bid on back in August but didn’t get... Decided to keep our offer there as a back up offer and literally right before Christmas, we get the best Santa Clause email saying out backup offer was chosen!

Second, an awesome repeat client decided to cash in on his rental. Sold it in 24 hours, cash deal, closed it in two weeks. Now on the hunt for another investment!
