In this time on our planet the so many news so many stress and often we are not able to actually focus with positive energy onn what we wish to experience. Our energy is perhaps all over the place and we feel worried, scared and sad. Often we also do not have the time to relax and change what we need to change internally .This is why I have created this video . Just about 5 Minutes to refocus and to align ourselves to a positive mindset that we all need. This exercise can be done as much as you like , it even gets more powerful the more you do it.
