Info from Licensor: "At that moment, I was going to check out some solar panels that are near the La Silla observatory, and in this desert sector we always see small, large swirls. I've filmed a few small ones, but this one from the video was the big one I've ever seen, and there were all standing looking at the whirlwind, so I stopped and started recording, recorded the distance inside the truck."
