This is LHN's Steam Screenshots Downloader, a free Windows application that using Internet connection will download your Steam(tm) Screenshots Library. The Software is Free and provided as-is!
Feel free to use it or share it.
If you want to support, there is also a "full version" with some features more in the same page, that you can purchase for a few bucks.
How to Use
Insert your Steam ID name.
Insert an Output Directory for Images.
Press GO to start downloading your Steam Screenshot Library.
