You are not pushing hard enough. WORK YOURSELF HARDER! You have the time, but you also have the excuses. "I'm tired" "I'm sore" "I have a condition" these are just some of the excuses we tell ourselves to not have to work harder. Stop lying to yourself and get up (or get down) and do some work. Even if you do pushups from your knees. Eventually, you can step up. YOU JUST HAVE TO START SOMEWHERE!
