Author Brent Raynes, who has investigated UFO reports since 1967, presents a multitude of previously unpublished UFO cases and abductions and shows how these seem to be directly related to the visitations reported by modern shamen. Raynes also presents the thoughts of some of the most important thinkers in the field of ufology and reaches remarkable and surprising conclusions about the visitors.

Brent has met and/or interviewed most of the major figures in American ufology including numerous abductees and key researchers, including Betty Hill, John Keel, Brad Steiger, Uri Geller, and many others. Since his earliest involvement in the field, he has edited and published "Alternate Perceptions" magazine (producing over 70 issues), which is now online.
