Cristina Laila from The Gateway Pundit reports, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) declared victory Tuesday and said efforts to abolish the 60-vote filibuster are dead. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer was pushing to end the filibuster so the Democrats can pass all the pork-filled, Marxist legislation they want without any consent from the minority.
