JD's Smoke House & Grill

Unfortunately, JD's in Melissa, TX closed a few years ago, but it was my go-to place for the best brisket in Texas. James (owner) and I would sit together and talk about all manner of topics while I ate. Although I lost touch after JD's closed I do think of him occasionally and hope that he is doing well.
