It's the season of yuzu.

This time, I made Yuzu Agar. I highly recommend it for Osechi (New Year's Eve) and the winter solstice.

We also have a yuzu bath on the winter solstice, and I use the juice of the yuzu before the bath.

It feels good to be able to use all the yuzu juice.

Yuzu miso, Yuzu ponzu, and many other things can be made with yuzu juice.

A gift to get us through the cold winter.

Ingredients :
-50ml Yuzu juice
-Yuzu peels (as much as you like)
-450ml water
-40g beet sugar
-4 tsp agar powder

①Add agar to the water and heat to dissolve. Bring to a full boil.

②When the agar is dissolved, add the sugar and dissolve.

③Turn off the heat, add yuzu juice and grated peel, and mix.

Both cats are still young, so they are eager to play.

They like to play with string, so I made toys out of yarn.

Cats are very picky about their toys, so sometimes they don't like them.
