Long Description of Sighting Report:
I do a live feed of the Moon when is visible via Facebook and I have many videos with objects Not sure if this is something but i have never seen any object slow down as this did, I was live so over 1000 people seen it too. Queen of the Night Eye in the Sky.

My Opinion: 1st video, I think it is a balloon; 2nd Video, I think is it the ISS.... But you never know!
