U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Andrew Gourgoumis relinquishes command of 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment to Lt. Col. Adam Sacchetti during a ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Jan. 22, 2021. The ceremony was modified due to COVID-19 restrictions, but still served to honor the tradition of the passing of the organizational colors between the outgoing and incoming commanding officer.
