After Anoop Aggarwal was denied a liquor license for Smoking Room 301 in Waldorf, Charles County Sheriff Detectives learned during a drug investigation that he was looking to hire a hitman to rub out a Waldorf businessman. This video is of the Dec. 12, 2019 Board of License Commissioners hearing when Aggarwal claimed he was not the manager of the hell-hole bar Beer 4 U, which was refuted by the liquor board inspector.
