California explains data they use to lift stay-at-home orders

The state of California used ICU projections in its decision to lift the stay-at-home order on Monday. But a lot of questions remain after just portions of that data was revealed on Tuesday. 23ABC's Bayan Wang took a look at the breakdown given by the Secretary of California Health and Human Services Dr. Mark Ghaly.
