All 3 movements are a great way to better your Cardiovascular Recovery ability without beating up your joints. Because you can sustain the intensity far longer than the same movements on the ground, athletes are able to get much more rotational, and explosive work in. An added benefit to trampoline work is its ability to drain the lymphatic system. The benefits of lymphatic drainage is too long to list in this post, but runs from better inflammation response, to release of harmful toxins that have an array of harmful effects.
