U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Victor Murillo, 163rd Civil Engineering Squadron, California Air National Guard, describes a domestic support mission he is engaged in as the project manager in charge of building tent systems for Los Angeles County hospitals. The system was built at PIH Health Downey Hospital in Downey, California, on Jan. 12, 2021, was the third one built in the team's week-long mission.
