KitchenAid Ice Cream Bowl Attachment

Here we were making raw, fruit and nut-based frozen dessert using KitchenAid's ice cream maker attachment. This rich, creamy, incredibly decadent dairy-free dessert has received many rave reviews from all who have given it a try––including those who would normally go for "traditional" ice cream.

The base for both flavours consisted of organic young Thai coconut, raw macadamia nuts from a small family farm in Fallbrook (California), fresh Medjool dates from another small farm in Coachella, and ground raw vanilla pods purchased from Living Tree Community Foods.

The white flavour was cinnamon/vanilla, and blue/purple one was made using fresh local, organic blueberries.

Not the highest quality video, as it was originally made on an iPhone 4S via Snapchat. Hoping to soon create new content with better, more professional equiment... perhaps after lockdowns have come to an end?
