US Supreme Court will not hear cases about religious gathering sizes

The U.S. Supreme court will not be hearing a case questioning the government's authority in limiting the size of religious gatherings. A small church east of Reno won an appeals court ruling last month after a judge found Nevada's COVID-19 restrictions on churches were unconstitutional.
