The Lord Of The Rings The Fellowship of the Ring Ring Wraiths Frodo Sam Pippin Merry Ralph Bakshi Peter Jackson J. R. R. Tolkien Film

Ralph Bakshi's The Lord of the Rings animated movie covered the first two books in the trilogy.
Unfortunately he never made the final book into a film.
So I am afraid this is as close as we are ever likely to get.
