After having inherited my father's KitchenAid stand mixer, I opted to customise it a bit to suit my own (raw, living foods) lifestyle. I also opted to make a few short, artsy films relating to my experiences. I should probably note here that although these films do relate to a culinary theme, they are actually more artistically inspired than instructional or documentarian.

This one shows the spiral slicing attachment in action, working with some truly beautiful treats from Northside Farm Market in Cincinnati.
