Gather Your Materials:
glitter paint
gold stencil paste
stencils
gold foil
foil heat pen
napkin or image of wedding outfits
jewels/pearl gems
glitter pen
washi tape
brushes, water, paper towel, gesso/glue
bow/clip for topper
