U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3d Marine Logistics Group (MLG), conduct a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) training course on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 12, 2021. The JLTV is the latest addition to the 3rd Marine Logistics Group's (MLG) fleet of vehicles, and is a valuable new asset to units across III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) in the dynamic and evolving Indo-Pacific area of operations. 3rd MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward deployed combat unit that serves as III MEF’s comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
