Dams and Reservoirs of California - all in need of repair

Take a look for yourself. California took the infrastructure rebuilding funds and put them into a railroad project that never happened (thanks Arnold). Every Dam is around 50 years old and needs a lot of work. The Oroville Dam has a new Spillway but an old Gate System, which means the gates could get stuck, blow out, or who knows what when they use the Spillway. Plus the weir is leaking from below! Not to mention the wet spot on the face of the Dam, they said it was there when they first built it. Of course, the core busted! Oh well, I talk till I'm blue in the face, and get nowhere.
