Gluten Free and Dairy Free Southern Pecan Pie

Southern Pecan Pie with no gluten, dairy or corn syrup! Gather the ingredients and cook with with me!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c gluten free flour (important to lightly spoon in flour to measure)
3 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1 egg
1 t apple cider vinegar
5 1/2 T coconut oil
3 t cold water (up to 2 tablespoons)

2 c toasted chopped pecans
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1/4 t sea salt
2 T gluten free flour
3 eggs
2 T coconut milk
1 T butter olive oil dairy free
1 t vanilla extract
