The cap rails are off, and the backsides have been sanded / cleaned up. However they still look kinda grody so I decided to pressure wash them. I would NOT recommend doing this with teak. They came out nice and clean, BUT the water jet really chewed up the wood. I'll have to sand them again to make them nice and smooth.
