Sleep recording apps is special developed to allow people to record their own sleep to hear if they snore. A man from southern England has been experiencing sleep paralysis almost daily since 2007. A buddy of his tells him to install the app on his phone to hear what is happening.

The first week it was a hit, the recording can be heard in this video.

He says he hears a child's voice that articulates clearly but he lives alone. His child died of drowning in 1999. He is separated from his wife because of the grief of their loss. In 2001 his ex-wife passed away for an inexplicable reason. He thinks because of grief.

He further describes a howling sound. There was no storm or strong wind, even if the wind would blow hard, no wind noises could be heard. He does not think the howl sounds human, but rather mechanical. Is this a reference to alien abduction?

He told ZEN: “I think my ex wife and my son were in my bedroom”.

"but I am very scared," he continued.

He finds the loud footsteps and loud bangs disturbing. The sleep recording app has numerous activities recorded on audio. It starts with loud footsteps and loud bangs, followed by a child's voice and strange howling noises.

The man is still suffering from sleep paralysis. He becomes paralyzed and sees a shadow figure next to his bed.

He tells ZEN that he is planning to purchase a camera to record this. Once he has recorded something he sends it to ZEN. However, he is scared that the camera will capture something eerie.
