Testing the soil pH level to plant grapevines

I brought 3 grapevines from my farm in Portugal and during this #CovidHoax I plant and made about 19 shoots to plan and/or sell.
The grapes are not going to develop well in this area of Thailand (near BKK) because the soil is claw for the roots to expand and the climate is very hot, the soil pH is perfect.
